Introducing Tijuana’s Taco Shop, a brand-new taco spot opening Thursday, November 12, 2026, at Île Sauvage Brewing Company in Victoria.
And their motto? “Good tacos, no bull.”

A New Taco Spot Is Coming to Victoria!
Located at 2960 Bridge Street, Tijuana’s Taco Shop will be serving up tacos, burritos, and more from the food trailer outside Île Sauvage Brewing Company.
If there’s one combination we can get behind, it’s tacos and locally brewed craft beer. Whether you’re stopping by for a quick lunch, grabbing a bite with friends, or settling in for an afternoon at the brewery, this new addition to Victoria’s food scene sounds like a pretty great excuse to make some plans.
And with the team behind Bangers Burgers bringing their talents to tacos, we’re definitely curious to see what they’ve been cooking up.

You’ll find the food trailer at Île Sauvage Brewing Company, a Victoria brewery known for its creative, often fruit-forward and sour beers.

Three delicious options to choose from, and at three for $14, we’re thinking a little mix-and-match situation might be the move.
Chicken Tinga Taco
Served on a 6-inch corn shell with cotija cheese, ranchero, crema Mexicana, and cilantro.
Slow Braised Pulled Pork Taco
Slow-braised pulled pork served on a 6-inch corn shell with chimichurri and lime crema. This one is definitely calling our name!
Refried Black Bean Taco
A vegetarian-friendly option featuring refried black beans, cotija cheese, crema Mexicana, and cilantro, all tucked into a 6-inch corn shell.
🌯 Burritos — $17 Meat | $14 Vegetarian
Looking for something a little more substantial? They’ve got burritos, too!
Choose between chicken tinga or slow-braised pulled pork for your protein, with each burrito loaded up with refried black beans, rice, cotija cheese, ranchero, and crema Mexicana.
And if you’re extra hungry? You can add double meat for another $7.
The vegetarian burrito option comes in at $14.
🥑 Tallow Chips — $13
Because what’s a taco feast without chips and guac?
Tijuana’s will be serving tallow chips alongside their house-made salsa and authentic house-made guacamole.
