Savour Sidney is a 19-day culinary celebration running March 13–31, 2026, spotlighting exclusive prix fixe menus and the incredible dining experiences that make Sidney, BC so special. The celebration begins with the Savour Sidney Gala on March 12 — a beautiful evening at the Shaw Centre for the Salish Sea where we’ll raise a glass to local chefs, sip thoughtfully crafted beverages, and kick off the festivities in style 🥂 Expect elevated bites, incredible sips, and a room full of people who care deeply about food, flavour, and community.
