Atmosphere

These BRIGHT pink diners are hard to miss. They exude a cool and funky vibe that will transport you to a bygone era. With four locations scattered in and around Victoria, each one boasting its own unique charm, you’re in for a treat. The diner seating, along with the lively and eclectic décor truly captures the essence of cool.

As you step into Floyd’s, you’ll be greeted by an amazing playlist featuring groovy tunes spanning the 60s to the early 00s. The volume is set just right, allowing for enjoyable conversations without missing a beat. Our personal favourite is the Brentwood location, where you’ll find a constant source of entertainment in the form of classic movies and beloved cartoons. It’s like stepping into a time machine of pure nostalgic bliss.

Floyd’s menu is a delightful mix of breakfast and lunch options that will surely satisfy your cravings. From the Herb Hudson Chicken and Waffle Benny to The Laban-Pitman Johnson and the Burt Reynolds grilled cheese sandwich, they offer a fun and eclectic range of dishes.

One of their unique offerings is the Mahoney, where the kitchen surprises you with their creation. At the end of the meal, you have two choices: either pay the regular price or take a chance and flip a coin. Win, and you pay nothing; lose, and you pay double! It adds an exciting twist to your dining experience.

Floyd’s also takes pride in their extensive selection of milkshakes and boozy beverages, providing a wide variety of options to complement your meal perfectly.

James Bay- 332 Menzies St. this location is the smallest location, featuring close tables and limited seating. If you’re looking for an intimate experience, this cozy space is perfect for you. There is also a patio here, but it’s not dog friendly. There is street parking and a parking lot across the street from the restaurant. This location is wheelchair friendly and on the following bus routes: 2, 3, 5, 70, 75, 95

Langford -721 Station Ave. this location Langford has close seating, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. No patio. There is a parking lot here. This location is wheelchair friendly and on the following bus routes: 46, 95

Royal Oak-4496 W Saanich Rd. this location is larger with both booths and tables in it. They have a small parking lot and there is street parking. They have a large patio which is not dog friendly. If you remember the old Floyd’s on Quadra, you’ll find the old Marilyn here. This location is wheelchair friendly and on the following bus routes: 6, 31,71, 72, 75.

Brentwood-6719 W Saanich Rd. this location is large and has mostly booth seating. They have a large parking lot. They also have a back section that is great for large parties.  This location is wheelchair friendly and on the following bus routes: 75, 81, 83

Gorge- 123 Gorge Rd.- this location is large with mostly table seating, some bar seats. They have a large parking lot. The location is wheelchair friendly and on the following bus routes 8, 11, 21, and 22.

One of the most unique things about Floyd’s Diner is each location is painted it’s signature bright pink and that’s just the beginning of the colourful adventure that awaits you.
